Important Deadlines

Friday, May 15, 2026: First date freight can arrive at the warehouse.
Thursday, May 28, 2026: Last day for advance prices on furniture. Orders after this date will receive regular prices for furniture.
Monday, June 15, 2026: Last day freight can arrive at the warehouse, by 3:00 pm.
Monday, June 15, 2026: Display labor cancellation date.
Saturday, June 20, 2026: Earliest time freight can be picked up is 4:30 pm.
Saturday, June 20, 2026: Show floor must be clear by 7:30 pm.
Curtin is not responsible for material left on the floor.

Exhibit Location: Hall A-B

Back/Side Drape Color: Gray

Booth Size: 10' x 10'

Carpet: Booth spaces will be carpeted with salt & pepper colored carpet.

ID Sign: Sign to include booth number and company name as provided by CVMA.

Each 10' deep x 10' wide Booth Space Includes:

8' High Backwall Drape
3' High Side Rail Drape
(1) 6' Gray Skirted Table
(2) Chairs
(1) Wastebasket
(1) Identification sign
Booth spaces will be carpeted with salt & pepper colored carpet.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Tuesday, June 16, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
